Return is a meditation on returning inward, cyclical change, and the beauty of iteration. Iterations from the Return series shift imperceptibly, providing the viewer with a continuous range of experiences with the piece. Each moment is unique and operates as a static image. The viewer can step away and return to the image several minutes later to be greeted with a gentle composition shift. Different moments provide disparate images while being part of the same system.

It continues the opart tradition of Wojciech Fangor, Julio Le Parc, Peter Sedgley, Tadasky, Claude Tousignant, and so many others.
